BUILDING

The Village employs a Chief Building Official, Braden Thomas, who oversees the Building Department which regulates both residential and commercial construction activities. The Building Department is certified by the state of Ohio as a Residential and a Commercial Department and manages the construction process from plan review to permitting through inspection. The Building Department also coordinates the processing of plans and applications to be brought before the Architectural Review Board and the Planning Commission.
